The Marine 15 EEBD is a self-contained, short duration, chemical oxygen (O2) breathing apparatus. It provides a supply of fresh oxygen so that the wearer can breathe freely in a contaminated or oxygen deficient environment, ensuring a quick and safe escape. The Marine 15 EEBD provides a:
- 15 minutes duration for escape
- 60 minutes duration at rest
It is contained in an orange, rigid case, that is discarded once it is in use.
