Gathering at METS is an institution in the marine industry – last year it didn’t happen and this year it looks like many will not be attending due to the introduction of a new partial lockdown in Holland. Much of the industry have elected to cancel their attendance at the last minute, Ocean Safety and all the Alliance Marine group of companies have done the same to ensure that we don’t contribute to the increase in infections and also to keep our staff safe.
The team at Ocean Safety will miss the interaction with suppliers and customers that we haven’t seen for a long time, and we will also miss the opportunity to look for the latest innovations from new and existing suppliers.
We will continue as we have since Covid started, with our sales teams alongside our marketing teams who will concentrate on digital content to ensure that we are able to supply and promote the best products to our customers. Our sales teams will be in contact this week to re-arrange meetings and continue our great working relationships that we have built over many years.
Thanks to all the team for their commitment, hard work, and their endeavours to present what would have been a landmark show.
If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact any of our offices.
Many thanks for your continued support.
